Store credit is earned on every purchase, but it's added to your account 15 days after delivery, once the return window has closed. If no return is made, your credit is automatically applied to your balance and ready to use on your next order.

By participating in TWLV Rewards, you agree to the following terms. TWLV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the programme at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility & Enrolments

1.1 TWLV Rewards is open to all customers who create an account on wetwlv.com and complete their first purchase.

1.2 Enrolment is automatic upon first purchase. No minimum spend is required to join.

1.3 Participation is limited to one account per customer. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate rewards is prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of all store credit.

2. Store Credit

2.1 All members earn 8% back in store credit on every qualifying purchase. Store credit is calculated on the net order value (after any discounts, before shipping).

2.2 Store credit is issued automatically after the return window has closed for the qualifying order (14 days from delivery, unless otherwise stated). This ensures that credits are only finalise once the order is confirmed as kept.

2.3 Store credit is applied as a payment method at checkout. No code is required.

2.4 Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Any unused credit will expire automatically after this period. TWLV is not obligated to notify customers of upcoming expiry, though we may do so as a courtesy.

2.5 Store credit holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or applied retroactively to previous orders.

2.6 Store credit is non-refundable. If an order paid partially or fully with store credit is returned, the store credit used will be reinstated to the customer's account. Cash or original payment method refunds will not be issued for the store credit portion.

3. Returns & Store Credit

3.1 If a qualifying purchase is returned, any store credit earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from the customer's balance.

3.2 Important: If store credit earned from a purchase has already been spent, that purchase becomes non-returnable. By spending store credit before the return window of the qualifying order has closed, the customer accepts that the qualifying order is final and cannot be returned or refunded.

3.3 Partial returns will result in a proportional adjustment of the store credit earned. For example, if a customer returns one item from a two-item order, the store credit associated with the returned item will be deducted.

3.4 Exchanges are not affected by this policy. Exchanging a product for a different size or colour does not impact store credit earned.

3.5 TWLV strongly recommends that customers wait until they are fully satisfied with their order before spending any earned store credit.

4. Tier Discounts (Curator & Collector)

4.1 Customers who reach the Curator tier (Dhs. 5,000 lifetime spend) or Collector tier (Dhs. 9,000 lifetime spend) receive additional discount perks as outlined on the TWLV Rewards page.

4.2 Tier discount codes are personal, unique to each customer, and non-transferable.

4.3 Sharing, publishing, or distributing tier discount codes is strictly prohibited. Any code found to be shared publicly (including on coupon or deal websites) will be deactivated immediately, and the customer's tier status may be revoked without notice.

4.4 Tier discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, sale prices, or discount codes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.5 Tier status is based on lifetime spend (net of returns). If returns bring a customer's lifetime spend below a tier threshold, TWLV reserves the right to adjust their tier status accordingly.

5. Programme Abuse & Fraud Prevention

5.1 TWLV reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or adjust store credit and tier status in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts
Sharing or selling discount codes
Placing fraudulent or manipulative orders to inflate lifetime spend
Exploiting the programme through chargebacks, payment disputes, or return fraud
Any conduct that TWLV determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the spirit of the programme

5.2 In the event of suspected abuse, TWLV may suspend or terminate a customer's participation in the programme without prior notice. Any outstanding store credit or tier perks may be forfeited.

5.3 TWLV's decisions regarding programme abuse are final and not subject to appeal.

6. Goodwill & Discretionary Adjustments

6.1 TWLV may, at its sole discretion, issue goodwill store credit as a gesture of appreciation or to resolve customer service matters. Goodwill credit is subject to the same expiry and usage terms as earned credit.

6.2 Goodwill credit does not set a precedent. Issuance in one instance does not entitle the customer or any other customer to similar credit in the future.

6.3 TWLV reserves the right to make discretionary adjustments to any customer's store credit balance to correct errors, address system issues, or resolve disputes.

7. Modifications & Termination

7.1 TWLV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the TWLV Rewards programme, in whole or in part, at any time. This includes changes to earning rates, redemption values, tier thresholds, expiry periods, and programme rules.

7.2 In the event of programme termination, customers will be given a reasonable notice period (minimum 30 days) to redeem any outstanding store credit. After this period, all unredeemed credit will be forfeited.

7.3 TWLV will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes via email, but it is the customer's responsibility to review the most current terms available on wetwlv.com.

8. Liability

8.1 TWLV is not liable for any technical failures, system errors, or delays that may affect the issuance, display, or redemption of store credit or tier perks.

8.2 TWLV is not responsible for unauthorised access to a customer's account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

8.3 Participation in the programme does not constitute a contractual obligation by TWLV to maintain any specific benefit, rate, or tier structure.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from participation in the TWLV Rewards programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
