Can you introduce yourself and your city?
I’m Ashleigh Vallis the founder and director of Summi Summi. I live in a small coastal town on the East coast of Australia called Yamba. It’s about an hour and a half drive south of Byron Bay.

4. Describe your city’s style in three words: Relaxed, casual, unpretentious.
5. A building or design that defines your city? The Pacific Hotel that sits on top of
Main Beach.
6. A local smell, sound, or taste that feels like home? Salty air.
7. Your favorite spot for lunch? Beachwood ! The best Turkish food.
8. When does your city feel most magical? A warm winter's day at the beach when
there’s hardly anyone there and the water is crystal clear.
9. What’s a local phrase or expression you love? No worries.
10. A street or neighborhood with the best vibe? The whole town. It’s very small.
