You earn 1 point for every AED 1 spent on any purchase at TWLV. Points are added automatically when you check out using your account email. Just log in using your purchase email, and head to your Account Dashboard. Your points, tier, and available credit will be visible there.

You can redeem your points at checkout. Every 1,000 points = AED 50 credit. You can use as little or as much as you'd like — no minimum required. Redemptions are incremental and flexible.
